What this firm is, and is not.

IFC International Finance Corporation LLC is a private advisory and structuring company. It is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, money services business or clearing house, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation to provide any of those services.

We advise on, structure and arrange financing. We do not provide it, issue it, underwrite it or hold client money. All engagements are subject to a written mandate, client due diligence and compliance review, and IFC may decline any engagement at its discretion. Client information is treated in strict confidence and protected accordingly.

Where a mandate requires regulated banking, issuance, custody, execution or placement, that activity is performed by an appropriately licensed institution, including IFB International Finance Bank LTD within the IFB Group, or another authorised party.
