Most financial advice is sold by an institution with something on its own book to place. Ours is not.
We hold no balance sheet, so we have nothing to push and no position to protect. The structure we recommend is the one we would build for ourselves. For a sovereign, that is not a refinement. It is the line between counsel and salesmanship.
